Florida REO Fees and Commissions

    If you are an asset manager or financial institution with REO properties, we offer a sliding scale of fees and commissions that will send hundreds of thousands of lost dollars to your bottom line.  In fact, our clients can reduce their commission by as much as 50% AND receive a higher level of service.  Below you will find our fee schedule, but we welcome the opportunity to customize a schedule for you.  

    
FREE BPOs -There is no charge for BPOs when we receive the 
property listing or one listing for every five BPOs we do.  Our BPOs are far more comprehensive and reliable than anyone in the area.  Instead of soccer Dads and part-time agents running around doing unreliable BPOs, we are full-time professional that understand the dynamics of the market. 
    Unfortunately, we do not run around doing hundreds of $40 BPOs for asset managers that never reward us with a listing. Let's face it, what kind of BPO do you really think you're getting when you're paying $40 and there is no listing down the road.  With the price of gas and the time it takes to do a "real" BPO, our cost is roughly $300.  Anyone relying on the mass of $40 BPOs must realize many of these folks simply plug in repetitive data . . . and make it up as they fill in the blanks.  We've seen them.  We've heard the stories.

    Same Day BPO -
If you submit your BPO order by 11am we will turn it around by 7pm . . . same day. 

 

- REO LISTING COMMISSIONS -

    Homes Less Than $250,000 - Full commission $2,500 plus 3%

    Homes $250,000 - $499,999 - Full commission $3,500 plus 3%

    Homes $500,000 - $749,999 - Full commission $5,000 plus 2.5%

    Homes $750,000 - $999,999 - Full commission $7,500 plus 2%

    Homes More Than $1,000,000 - Full commission $8,500 plus 1.5%

    Comparison - If you sell 50 homes at an average price of $350,000, you are going to pay a traditional broker more than $1,050,000 in commissions.  The same transactions, will cost just $700,000 on our sliding scale . . . You just saved $350,000.
